You will incur this fee only if you choose to hire another party to manage your escrow account. As a courtesy to our clients, Family Source will manage your escrow account at no additional charge.

Misc./Extra’s

$400 - $2000+ The Recipient Parents are responsible for all expenses (i.e. mileage, air-fare, parking, childcare, hotel, meals) and any other expenses incurred due to the egg donation process.

This estimation does not include the cost of the IVF cycle and medications; there are many variables that will determine this amount depending on the clinic/RE chosen, the required medications, and the amount visits for the Egg Donor. If the Intended Parents have insurance that covers infertility, however, IVF cycle and medication expenses will likely be significantly lower than the amount estimated in the fee schedule above.
