Escrow Account

You will incur this fee only if you choose to hire another party to manage your escrow account. As a courtesy to our clients, Family Source will manage your escrow account at no additional charge.

Travel The Recipient Parents are required to reimburse all expenses (i.e. mileage, air-fare, parking, childcare, hotel, meals) and any other expenses incurred due to the egg donation process.

This estimation does not include the cost of the IVF cycle and medications; there are many variables that will determine this amount depending on the clinic/RE chosen, the required medications, and the amount of transfers necessary to achieve pregnancy. If the Intended Parents have insurance that covers infertility, however, IVF cycle and medication expenses will likely be significantly lower than the amount estimated in the fee schedule above.


 

The Egg Donor’s health/life insurance policy is from AIG Insurance which includes a $250,000 accidental medical expenses benefit, a $100,000 accidental death benefit, and additional benefits for travel accidents, paralysis, and disability.

** FSC is happy to offer unlimited viewing of basic profiles of Donors; however, to view profiles in their entirety we require that Recipient Parents submit a personal/fertility information form. Once a Donor has been selected,  FSC requires that the Recipient Parents' information packet is on file before the Donor is contacted for her availability. The first portion of the agency fee (50%) is due within five (5) days of choosing Donor. When the Donor is medically cleared, the final portion of the agency fee (50%) is due within five (5) days.

Refund Policy: Agency fees are non-refundable.  If the Recipient Parent/s match with an Egg Donor and she decides not to go forward before the egg retrieval has taken place—or if, during medical or psychological screening it is determined there is a problem that disqualifies her from becoming an Egg Donor—Family Source will match the Recipient Parent/s with another Egg Donor at no additional charge.
