Q. What led you to become an Egg Donor?
So many wonderful people have worked so hard their entire life, the opportunity to have babies passed them by. Or their bodies just won’t allow them to for whatever reason. I was lucky enough to have 2 beautiful children and I decided to be done, it warms my heart to be able to give life, and help bring somebody’s dreams to life and that to me is a win win.
Q. Who was your largest support person(s) throughout your journey?
I have a wonderful support system made up of friends and family as well as the team at FSC.
Q. What made you decide to be closed/semi-open/open with your Intended Parents?
I chose to do whichever the IPs prefer. I think it would be touching to see photos, but I understand the importance of privacy.
Q. Do you have advice for women who are interested in becoming an Egg Donor?
You have to do it for the right reasons. It takes dedication and sacrifice, but if your heart is in it, it is worth it. Hands down one of the most heart filling journeys I have been on.

Staci Swiderski, CEO and owner of Family Source Consultants has been involved in the field of reproductive medicine since 2002. Staci has vigorously grown the comprehensive egg donation and gestational surrogacy agency to become a worldwide leader in the third-party reproduction field. Staci is a former intended parent herself. She and her husband welcomed their son via gestational surrogacy in 2005. Additionally, Staci had the experience of assisting an infertile couple (AKA Recipient Parents) build their family through her efforts as an egg donor, with her donation resulting in the births of their son and daughter.
