Family Source Consultants is pleased to celebrate International Women’s Day on Friday, March 8th. As a woman-led company – with two women co-founders, a woman CEO, and twenty-two women TeamFSC staff members, the notion that women are anything but strong, independent, driven, passionate, and powerful is an alien idea to TeamFSC! That said – we know it took sacrifice, time, energy, and HARD WORK for us, as women, to have the rights, privileges, and opportunities that we have in this day and age. Yes, we KNOW there is still a lot of work to be done for true gender parity. As a team – we are committed to continued progress on this front.
FSC’s co-founder and CEO, Staci Swiderski, is a constant daily reminder to all FSC staff that WOMEN-led organizations and businesses can be (and ARE) just as successful as any other. Staci is a firm believer that empowering women starts in our families, workplaces, and own backyards. She is the first to offer a helping hand to a woman experiencing poverty or going through a difficult time in her life – and also the first to challenge all women to live to their full potential each and every day by showing up and working hard!
The female members of FSC’s staff hold leadership roles outside of the world of third-party reproduction as well, including board of director members, school board members, Girl Scout leaders, parent-teacher organization leaders, volunteers at animal shelters, advocacy for childhood literacy groups, food banks, churches, scouting events, etc., sports team captain, mentors for regional programs, local political group advocacy roles, multiple published authors, and more. Several team members even run their own charities and small businesses, ranging from advocacy for prematurity to a mid-sized chicken farm!
Our hobbies and interests are just as diverse. Among our women staff, we have completed multiple 5ks and distance biking events, have a small engine repair aficionado, enjoy reading, gardening, archery, exercising, cooking, baking, and overwhelmingly LOVE to TRAVEL!
TeamFSC celebrates with all women worldwide on this day of recognizing WOMEN empowerment – may the proverbial glass ceiling one day SOON be a phenomenon of the PAST!

Staci Swiderski, CEO and owner of Family Source Consultants has been involved in the field of reproductive medicine since 2002. Staci has vigorously grown the comprehensive egg donation and gestational surrogacy agency to become a worldwide leader in the third-party reproduction field. Staci is a former intended parent herself. She and her husband welcomed their son via gestational surrogacy in 2005. Additionally, Staci had the experience of assisting an infertile couple (AKA Recipient Parents) build their family through her efforts as an egg donor, with her donation resulting in the births of their son and daughter.
